Coronavirus Information

Hello and welcome back to our preschool.
Because of Covid, we have made some changes in order to keep everyone safe.
We are asking that ALL parents/carers wear masks and socially distance when bringing their children to school. Parents will leave  at the gate and go with a member of staff into the classroom where they will hang up their coats and wash their hands.

If you are late you will have to wait outside until a member of staff is able to collect your child. I hope you will work with us to make this system work and protect our children from unnecessary risk.

How do I know if a child has the symptoms?

High temperature/fever and/or a new persistent cough/Anosmia (the loss of or a change in your normal sense of smell/taste)

What are the rules for self-isolating?

  • If a child is symptomatic and has to self-isolate this is now 10 days . Children and staff can request a test if they are symptomatic.

  • If a child  gets a positive test they need to self-isolate for 10 days .

  • Anyone who has been in contact with someone who has had a positive test result will still have to self-isolate for the 14 day period.
